добрый день ! подскажите пожалуйста !
я заказал товар оказался бракованный китаец попросил выслать ему обратно указал адрес и каким способом вернуть , вопрос как указывать мой бракованный товар , и почта ems обычный бланк надо заполнять форма 23 ?

1. Нужно отправить только Почтой России или EMS. EMS дороже.
2. Для EMS-отправлений нужно заполнить бланк EMS E1 International (доступен только в отделениях).
Для обычной почты нужно заполнить CN23 (3 бланка) и CP71. На каждой декларации потребуется вписать "Возврат товара", обозначить товар как "Interface (Repair)", указать его стоимость в $8
Ну а дальше адрес и все дела.
